Never been to one
A sound bath asks nothing of you. You lie down, you get comfortable, and the sound arrives. The deep vibrations of the gong and the Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and voice move through the room and through you, and you stay there for the length of the session.
There is nothing to learn beforehand, no position to hold and no experience needed. People come on their own, with a friend, with a daughter. Some sessions are in a barn, some in a village hall with a fairy light ceiling, some in a gallery inside a walled garden, and one is on the water.
Nothing to bring and nothing to prepare. Come as you are and lie down.
What I offer
Nine regular monthly sound baths across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire, each at its own venue and its own point in the month.
On the water at Swim Odiham and in Ascot, once a month. You float while the vibrations travel through the water to reach you.
Monthly New Moon and Full Moon sound bath and meditation sessions, held at Crondall Village Hall.
My own studio in Crookham Village, set up for one to four people. Reviewers call it warm and cosy, with soft lighting.
Held alongside the sound work. Get in touch for what is coming up and how a ceremony is run.
Sound baths brought to your team, your venue or your event. Email or call and tell me the room and the numbers.
Dates and tickets for every public session are on the Smile Hi box office. For private, corporate and event bookings, talk to me directly.
Floating sound bath
At Swim Odiham, once a month on a Friday. The vibrations of the Himalayan singing bowls and the gong resonate through the water as well as the air, so the sound reaches you from underneath as much as from around you.
A luxury airbed is supplied for every person, so there is nothing to bring and nothing to hold on to.

In their words
My daughter and I go to Smile Hi Sound Healing and we absolutely love it! The sessions are such a beautiful experience … deeply relaxing, grounding, and uplifting all at once.
I attended the Smile Hi Healing charity sound bath last night and it was magical. I felt so totally relaxed and left knowing it had benefited me. Posy curated such a lovely evening and a calm that I think everyone in the room tapped into.
I felt absolutely bathed in your beautiful energies. You have such a wonderful spiritual presence.
“The private studio space is warm and cosy with lovely soft lighting.” “It’s also nice to experience different venues too for a change of scenery.”
Who is running the room
Smile Hi Sound Healing is Posy, and it is her name at the end of every reply to every review: “See you again soon. Warmest regards. Posy x”. The business is registered on Google as women owned, and the studio is her own.
She has run charity sound baths too, including an evening that raised money for Alzheimer’s. If you want to ask her something before you book, the number and the email below reach her directly.
Enquiry hours, not session times. Sessions run in the evening at the venues above.
